THE ART OF BAKING: A CREATIVE JOURNEY I first started baking during early stages of lockdown, as a way of expressing myself. Because of the pandemic, most of my hobbies were put on hold and I thought why not learn a new skill. My baking journey started on Youtube while watching cooking videos. I was amazed at how many things a person could make by learning one skill. No matter how many years you've been baking or how much you've learnt, there's always room to improve and learn more.
